2024-2025
WBA Football Tournament
On Wednesday 9th July, nine of our year 3 and 4 girls attended a Football tournament at West Bromwich Albion’s training centre, The Dome. After winning our group we won 2-0 in the quarter finals and then on penalties in the semi finals. The girls performed admirably but were also commended on their respect. Following two late goals, the final also went to penalties, where we came up just short. Nevertheless the girls loved the experience and the opportunity to play…what another fantastic sporting event for Grace Mary.

St.Michael’s Netball Tournament: 19/06/25
Grace Mary’s netball team achieved an incredible victory, winning the tournament despite many of the players being new to the sport. Their success was a true testament to their focus, determination, and willingness to listen and learn quickly. Not only did they show fantastic teamwork throughout the games, but they also triumphed in the shoot-out competition, showcasing nerves of steel and excellent technique. Their sportsmanship and unity stood out just as much as their skills on the court—working together brilliantly and supporting each other every step of the way. It was a well-deserved win and a proud moment for everyone involved.
