We no longer receive cash in school. We use a website called Parent Pay where parents are able to securely pay for school trips and wraparound care etc.

We also use Parent Pay for school lunch ordering. We suggest that parents/carers select a weeks worth of meals on a Sunday for the week ahead. This way your child and you both know what they will be eating that week. If meals are not ordered and a packed lunch not supplied, parents will receive a phone call asking them to bring in a packed lunch for their child.  

An account will be set up for your child when they start at Grace Mary Primary School and details on how to use Parent Pay can be found above. 

From September 2025, if you have ordered a school meal for your child and they do not attend that day (e.g. due to illness) , if the meal is not cancelled, you will still be charged.  

Please ensure that if your child is not in and a choice has been made, you cancel it as soon as possible. 

As the meal is not cancelled, the kitchen will cook according to total meals ordered. If your child is not in but their menu choice remains, the kitchen will cook it and therefore it will be considered as ‘taken’ and you will be charged accordingly.
