Grace Mary Summer Fayre is fast approaching and we are deep in preparation to ensure everyone has a fabulous day!

 

To give everyone a chance to win, we are selling tickets for the raffle from Tuesday 2nd July for £1.00 per strip! Tickets will be on sale at the main gate until Friday 5th July and will also be sold on the day.

 

There are some amazing prizes, which you can see on the posters in your child's class and below! We look forward to seeing you at the fayre on Saturday 6th July from 11 a.m. 

The children were thrilled to open the amazing, new trim trail in our school grounds! The fantastic, outdoor equipment (built by Red Monkey Play) is a fantastic addition to our school! The beautiful, wooden trail will encourage the children to be more active and develop their skills in many different areas.  

 

For the ribbon cutting ceremony, Mrs Sturmey and Mr Cains were joined by Pastor Stephen Parkes from Oakham Evangelical Church, school governors Mr Beasley and Mrs Edwards, representatives from Red Monkey Play and Rev. Dr. Peter Hayward from the GM2LF Partnership, who helped to fund this wonderful project.

 

Our pupils are thoroughly enjoying using the equipment and are very appreciative of this wonderful addition to our school. 

Grace Mary are delighted to share that we have signed up to the Fizz Free February campaign, a Healthy Sandwell initiative. The key campaign messages are focused on staying healthy, saving money and keeping your teeth healthy. 

 

Cutting out fizzy drinks is an easy was to reduce your sugar intake. By committing to going fizz free for the entire month of February it will make it easier to cut down on fizzy drinks for the rest of the year!
