Skills Cooking Club

In cooking we learn lots of different skills, including: learning about health and hygiene; how to measure and weigh accurately; different cooking techniques such as whisking, folding, mixing, beating and kneading; the importance of following instructions in recipes; how to work as a team; and about nutrition and healthy eating. As well as all this we get to produce and enjoy some delicious foods!

 " I enjoy cooking because we cook lots of nice and delicious food and we learn different techniques like creaming, chopping and mixing."
